It’s Friday afternoon and I’m sitting at my computer with an iced coffee and a sleeping toddler on the baby monitor. It doesn’t get much better than this people. 🙂
Brussels sprouts are not really my thing…but all that changed when I had roasted buffalo brussels sprouts when we were out to eat at the Butcher and the Boar last month.
I have been craving these ever since that night, and then today threw together a little butter and Franks hot sauce with my brussels sprouts at lunch and it was magic.
Ok, I know it’s just a side dish, but I am so excited to finally be a brussels sprouts fan.
- 2 c brussels sprouts
- 2 Tbls Franks hot sauce
- 2 Tbls melted butter
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- Clean and trim brussels sprouts and place in a medium baking dish. (I used an 8x6 glass pan)
- Combine hot sauce, butter, garlic, salt and pepper and pour on top of brussels sprouts.
- Bake at 400 F for 35 minutes.
