We are in the thick of summer here and on a fabulous week-long staycation. (I highly recommend a staycation when you have a toddler and an infant. You have all of the fun of a vacation but you don’t have to pack up your whole house and everyone sleeps in their own
bed at night!) So far we have swam, gone fishing, ran through the sprinklers, visited a local malt shop, swam some more, slept in, had a bon fire, gone for walks, had a movie night, picked raspberries and rhubarb, and ate these delicious rhubarb crumble bars.
(I’ve made them twice already!)
